Is there on-site security?
Yes, all Rakotta locations come with 24/7 surveillance (indoor and outdoor cameras), a dedicated security team and controlled access to both the building entrances and individual apartments. So you can sleep easy knowing security is taken care of.
Is parking available?
Yes, indoor parking spaces are available to all residents for an additional fee. We also have electric vehicle charging stations and a bicycle room to lock up your bike safely.
What’s included in the rent?
All Rakotta residents can enjoy exclusive access to on-site amenities including a shared gym, lounge area, garage and laundry facilities, and Appartements Dorchester has a pool. Residents can choose between semi-furnished (appliances included) or fully-furnished apartments with different lease options depending on your needs. There’s also high-speed internet in every apartment so you don’t have to share your connection with neighbours, as well as free wi-fi in all common areas.
What public transit options are nearby?
Atwater and Guy-Concordia metro stations are within easy walking distance, along with several bus stops and BIXI bike stands so you can easily get around and explore the city.
Are pets allowed?
Not all pets. But you can bring your cat to live with you rent-free!

Can I personalize my apartment?
Feel free to make your space your own with temporary touches like hanging artwork or shelves. We ask that residents don’t paint the walls or make any more permanent changes.
How can I contact management or report an issue?
We have a dedicated app to simplify and streamline the rental experience, powered by Building Stack. You can use this platform to manage everything, from finding and reserving a unit to paying your rent and reporting maintenance issues.
