We’re simplifying the rental experience with a digitized leasing process and a dedicated app, which you can use to pay rent, report issues, register for community events and more.

We work with local partners including ArtSake, with exclusive discounts to decorate your space. We also give back to the community by supporting local homeless shelters and mental health initiatives.

As part of our mission to minimize consumption, we use LED lighting in all properties, we have shared laundry facilities, and we’ve installed electric vehicle charging stations in two of our buildings.

Zero waste is our goal. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products and have recycling and compost bins in every condo. We also partner with Le Support to donate clothes and other unused items, and Era to recycle electronics.
